What are your standard shipping costs?
Free shipping via FedEx Ground on all orders within the continental United States. This includes Alaska and Hawaii.
How do I track my order?
Once you have successfully completed your order through our website store, you will be sent a confirmation email which will include your order number along with details. Once dispatched, the UPS tracking information will be sent to the email address on file. Please contact us at 516-883-8889 or via email through the CONTACT US form should you need any additional information concerning your order.
Are there various shipping options?
We currently only offer one standard shipping option – FedEx Ground.
How quickly will I receive my shipment once I place my order?
Orders are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days to allow for picking and packing to take place. Once dispatched, delivery times can range from 1 to 5 business days based on your location. All packages are shipped from our warehouse located in Ontario, CA.
Do you accept international shipping addresses?
We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States. This includes Hawaii and Alaska destinations. In addition, we are unable to ship to APO addresses and/or PO boxes. RETURNS / WARRANTIES
What is your return policy for items purchased directly from www.www.shoptriple8.com?
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the merchandise. We will gladly accept return/exchanges for any unopened items in new/unused condition within 90 days of purchase. Items that are opened, damaged, missing packaging materials (i.e., helmet box) or do not have an authorized RA# may be denied. Please contact Triple Eight Customer Service via email through the CONTACT US form to receive your authorized RA#.
Once the warehouse receives the item(s), a refund/exchange is typically processed within 2 business days. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment used. You may also request a refund in the form of a store credit.
Please note, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
What if an item I purchased directly from www.www.shoptriple8.com is defective or breaks?
If an item breaks and/or is deemed defective, we have a warranty of 90 days for pads/gloves and 180 days for our helmets. Please contact us immediately at 516-883-8889 or via email through the CONTACT US form. We will make every reasonable effort to replace a broken or defective item that is under warranty and ship this item to you as soon as possible.
What if an item I purchased from a Triple Eight retailer is defective or breaks?
For items you purchased at one of our retailers, please contact the retailer at which you purchased our product from and they will assist you. If the retailer is unable to help, please contact us at 516-883-8889 or via email through the CONTACT US form to review how we can assist.
